About the Project We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter for a focused 3-month project to accelerate and support key corporate and strategic positions. Contract Details Format: Independent Contractor (PJ) Duration: 3 months (Fixed term) Location: 100% On-site (Berrini region, São Paulo) Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and strategic positions. Partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, and drive active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter. Maintain a fast-paced pipeline and report progress directly to leadership. Requirements 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (corporate or strategic positions). Advanced to Fluent English (required for daily communication and conducting candidate interviews). Strong, hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools. Active CNPJ and ability to issue invoices (Nota Fiscal). Immediate availability to start and work 100% on-site.
