This position will focus on full life cycle recruitment for professional positions, office staff, and leadership roles. Support as needed for the other recruiter handling high-volume light industrial recruiting.
Responsibilities will include posting job ads, monitoring applicant flow, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, drafting and sending offer letters, performing background checks, and similar duties.
Additional duties will include onboarding activities such as sending orientation information, setting up timekeeping and computer access, setting payroll access, and similar.
