Job Description
We are seeking experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiters to support our Sales Organization. These positions are remote and initially offered as a 4-month contract, with the potential for quarterly extensions, up to a maximum of 18 months. Ideal candidates should have expertise in both high-volume event hiring and requisition-based hiring.
Responsibilities
+ Demonstrate expertise and accountability in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
+ Strategically position our client's strengths against top competitors and effectively close offers.
+ Use data and metrics to advise on talent gaps and hiring strategies.
+ Engage and influence leadership stakeholders, including hiring leaders and executive staff, with executive presence.
+ Handle escalations and provide solutions to challenges during the recruitment process.
