**Job Description**
The Recruiter is responsible for all activity related to full cycle recruiting, pipelining candidates, building relationships with community partners, and assisting with HR functions. This position is responsible for using a variety of non-traditional research and sourcing techniques to identify pools of talent, alternate labor sources and community-based organizations that can contribute resources toward staffing across Houston locations.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Utilizes a variety of traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques to identify pools of talent and source a diverse slate of candidates and non-profit organizations
+ Coordinates all recruitment and hiring activity necessary to meet pre-determined event-based staffing goals. This includes coordinating internal and external job fairs
