Job Summary
As a key member of the West HR and recruiting team, this person will help us shape the future talent profile of West. By identifying and attracting top talent to West, this recruiting associate will have the opportunity to play a key role as the organization grows and transforms. This individual will become a partner with client stakeholders, including the site HR team, and will work to develop, communicate and execute jointly on recruiting plans to support the site.
