This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of end-to-end recruiting for high-volume manufacturing and operations roles. The position offers the chance to manage active hiring demand, partner closely with hiring teams, and deliver an efficient, candidate-focused process from intake through offer. Responsibilities:
+ Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for hourly operations and manufacturing openings, managing each search from initial intake discussions through offer delivery.
+ Fill a steady pipeline of frontline positions.
