Job Description
Our client is seeking a Recruiter to join the leadership team and lead the end‑to‑end recruitment of experienced residential and commercial mortgage brokers across Alberta and British Columbia. This role focuses on building a scalable, multi‑channel recruiting engine that drives sourcing, conversion, onboarding, and long‑term retention of high‑performing brokers.
Your Success Will Be Defined By
- Build and manage a multi-channel pipeline of experienced mortgage brokers through outreach, referrals, networks, and events
- Attract and engage commission-based sales professionals through consultative, relationship-driven recruitment
- Guide candidates through long recruitment cycles and convert them into signed and active brokers
- Partner with onboarding and leadership teams to ensure smooth transition from offer to production
