Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and job boards, to build a strong candidate pipeline. Provide hiring managers with relevant market insights and candidates’ profiles to aid in decision-making. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
