We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team, HR, and Hiring Managers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication and coordination skills, we’d love to connect!
Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires
- Coordinate background checks, drug tests, start dates, and onboarding communications
- Maintain candidate data in Oracle and track progress in Excel
- Manage Outlook inbox and calendars, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and division leaders to resolve issues
- Support TA projects and process improvements
