Develop partnerships with relevant institutions and associations. Manage offers, feedback, and reporting for effective recruitment outcomes. Minimum Requirements 4+ years recruitment experience: Proficient in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Strong South African recruitment network knowledge.
