- Manage offers, feedback, and reporting for effective recruitment outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years recruitment experience: Proficient in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Strong South African recruitment network knowledge.
- Sales savvy in recruitment: Primary brand ambassador for the company.
- Human Resource Degree or equivalent
