Key Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
+ Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach
+ Review resumes and conduct phone screenings
+ Coordinate and lead candidate interviews
+ Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
+ Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
+ Manage offer negotiations and extend employment offers
+ Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
+ Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics
+ Represent the company professionally in the marketplace and at hiring events
