What You Will Do
Recruitment & Candidate Experience

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a consistently positive candidate experience.
  
• Work closely with AIRE leadership to assess current and future hiring needs, streamline processes and drive efficiency.
  
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using data-driven approaches and a variety of channels — careers page, social media, job boards and targeted campaigns.
