We are looking for a Program Coordinator I to play a key role in our client-centered approach. You will develop and evaluate recreational activities while supervising Activity Worker II staff. Conduct under the guidance of a Recreation Therapist or qualified designate to ensure effective care planning.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Design and execute leisure programs for various settings
ā¢ Supervise and direct Activity Worker II positions
ā¢ Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team
ā¢ Assist in monitoring the health and progress of clients
ā¢ Evaluate and adapt programs based on clientsā needs
Requirements:
ā¢ Previous experience in recreation or related field
ā¢ Strong leadership and supervisory skills
ā¢ Excellent teamwork and communication skills
