Are you passionate about sport, fitness and delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recreation Assistant to join our busy Awdry Sports Centre team. As the first point of contact for facility users, you will help create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment while supporting the day-to-day operation of the sports centre. Duties include supervising facilities, assisting with bookings and events, maintaining operational records, supporting and encouraging student lifeguards, and ensuring high standards of health, safety and customer care. This is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in leisure operations, lifeguarding and facility management while working as part of a friendly and supportive team.
