Summary About the position: Assigned to the Langley Bowling Center at Langley AFB, VA. Flexible position guaranteed 0 hours per week but can be scheduled for up to 40 hours per week. Position is a growth position to PSN 70151 Recreation Assistant, NF-0189-02. Incumbent will be noncompetitively promoted upon successful completion of 6 months at this level. Applicants qualified at the NF-0189-02 level will be referred first. Pay will be set based on experience: NF-0189-01: $15.00 NF-0189-02: $16.50 Responsibilities RECREATION AID, NF-0189-01: Responsible for manning the customer service desk within the bowling center. Assigns lanes to be used, operates control console, rents shoes and sells items in the pro shop. Assists with conducting inventories of pro shop items may be required to assist with snack bar inventory resale items, facility equipment and other supply items.
