Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage appointments, client records, phone calls, emails, and general clinic correspondence.
- Perform treatments in accordance with company protocols and support clients throughout their treatment journey.
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment follow-ups.
- Conduct post-treatment follow-ups and contribute to client retention and loyalty.
