Responsibilities

- Provide information about lounge facilities, services, flight updates, and boarding procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with airline representatives and lounge operations teams to ensure smooth guest service.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Monitor lounge capacity and manage guest entry in accordance with operational guidelines.
