Job Description
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Proficient in cash handling, POS systems, and processing electronic payments securely
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities; can manage front‑desk and cashier duties efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office management software is an advantage
- Professional appearance, good personal hygiene, and a customer‑oriented attitude
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
