Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails, packages, and documents.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes and follow security protocols.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and basic administrative duties.
- Coordinate with internal departments for inquiries, messages, or requests.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR/Administration team.
