Rugby School Dubai is seeking a warm, professional and highly organised bilingual Receptionist & Parent Relations Executive to provide an exceptional front-of-house experience and support positive relationships between the school and its parent community.
As part of Aldar Education, Rugby School Dubai will open in August 2026 as a premium, purpose-driven school combining British heritage with a forward-thinking approach.
Based at the school's main reception and working closely with the Parent Relations Manager, the successful candidate will be a key point of contact for parents, visitors, students and staff. The role will support the effective management of parent enquiries, communications, events and feedback, while ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards and values of Rugby School Dubai.
Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English is mandatory for this position.
