Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Handle the check-in and check-out process, including verifying reservations and issuing room keys.
- Manage room bookings and reservations using the innβs reservation system.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries promptly.
- Provide information about the innβs services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Process payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or tourism is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
