Job summary

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a receptionist to join our friendly semi-rural GP practice based at Alyth Health Centre. Previous experience in General Practice is desirable (but not essential). However, if you do have experience in a customer facing environment, you may find some of your skills are transferable.

Main duties of the job

The role will be split between reception duties and administrative tasks including:

Booking and checking patients in to appointments

Answering telephone calls from patients

Processing repeat prescription requests
