7th Heaven KTV & Café is a family-friendly karaoke café and event venue located at SAFRA Tampines, offering karaoke rooms, events, food& beverages, customised cakes and celebration packages. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and creating memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Handle karaoke room bookings, event enquiries and customer reservations via phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins
- Greet and welcome customers professionally and warmly
- Assist customers with room selection, promotions, membership enquiries and package recommendations
- Process and consolidate online food orders
- Arrange and schedule deliveries with third-party delivery partners and drivers
- Assist with serving food and beverages during peak periods
