Location: Ballston, VA (near Metro)
Schedule:
+ Monday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
+ Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Front Desk Patient Service Specialist (PSS) to join our busy Physical Therapy clinic. This role is critical to maintaining a smooth patient experience and supporting our clinical team. You will be the face of the clinic—welcoming patients, managing front desk operations, and ensuring exceptional service throughout every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
+ Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out processes
+ Perform patient registration, verify information, and maintain accurate records
+ Schedule and confirm follow-up appointments
+ Provide excellent customer service to all patients and visitors
+ Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls
