Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic  Reception Supervisor  to join our Team at The Lodge at Ashford Castle. 

The main duties of our  Reception Supervisor will include supporting and assisting our Front Office Manager with the day to day running of the department, ensuring seamless guest experience and staff training and development. 

What are we looking for in a Reception Supervisor? 

  • Proven experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star property is essential for this position.
  • Microsoft/Computer proficiency is key.
  • A warm and open individual who displays a polite and professional attitude at all times
  • Be an excellent team player and enthusiastic in delivering excellent customer service
  • Be flexible to work shift patterns, including mornings, late afternoons and weekends
