**Job Description**
The Receiving Specialist accurately receives and records incoming products of various sizes, ensuring all items are properly documented in the MRP system and any discrepancies are promptly reported. This role requires strong data entry skills, precise attention to detail, and effective communication with internal stakeholders, including leadership and buyers. Over time, the position can expand to include broader warehouse responsibilities such as stockroom inventory and cycle counts.

+ Receive incoming products ranging from very small electronic components to items weighing up to approximately 25 pounds, ensuring all items are handled safely and efficiently.
+ Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists, confirming that product descriptions, quantities, and item codes match expected documentation.
