Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Support the IT manager and Reboot Project lead as a project coordinator – writing minutes of the meetings, coordinating meetings (sending meeting requests, etc.), following up on tasks/updates.
- Manage daily IT operations including Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, networking, and security.
- Support the IT Manager in coordinating infrastructure projects, rollouts, and renovations.
- Maintain documentation, trackers, minutes of meetings, and project plans.
- Work with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- 5 or more years in IT systems administration and infrastructure support.
- Strong project coordination skills using tools such as Jira, Zoho, or MS Project, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
- Deep knowledge of System Administration, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. <...
