We are seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team in Jebel Ali, United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for helping clients buy and sell real estate properties in the area.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills with a strong ability to understand client needs. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the local real estate market and be familiar with current zoning regulations and applicable laws. It is preferred but not required that the candidate is able to speak Malayalam fluently and English proficiently.
The successful applicant should also possess excellent negotiation skills as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, keep accurate records, and handle multiple assignments at once.
