We run a South African sales floor placing trained outbound Operators into US and UK companies. We do not bid on price. We win on results, training depth, and the quality of conversations our floor produces every single day. This role exists to protect that quality in real time. What you'll actually own
• Live floor monitoring during US hours: dialer activity, Operator status, schedule adherence, and call volume across every active campaign. You are the first person to know when something drifts.
• Call listening: live monitoring plus same-day recorded reviews, scored against the 2CT QA scorecard. You listen to B2B outbound calls for a living and you are good at it.
• QA program ownership: maintain and calibrate the scorecard, run weekly calibration sessions, and route coaching flags to team leads within the same shift, not next week.
