Sutherland is seeking an experienced Team Lead – Real Time Analyst to oversee real‑time workforce operations in a fast‑paced contact center. You will manage a team of RTAs, ensuring staffing, adherence, and service level performance for inbound/outbound voice channels in a 24/7 setup.
