Job Description
Real Time Analyst
Responsibilities
- Full understanding of RTA/Workforce tools
- Highly proficient in MS office tools
- Inputs daily exception request and update schedules
- Monitors and manage site activities to support service level agreements
- Reviews intra-day staffing requirements and schedules
- Maintaining records of employee attendance and tardiness for payroll purposes
- Managing staff schedules, including creation of new schedules or adjustments to existing ones
- Analyzing data to determine staffing needs and workflow patterns to recommend changes to improve efficiency
- Coordinating with management to ensure effective use of staff resources
