Lead Shell Canada's real estate strategy in Calgary as the Real Estate Manager. Manage a team and oversee 500 sites focusing on acquisitions, leases, and operational excellence.

With a team of Property Managers and Paralegals, you will ensure compliance and operational standards across Canada. Collaborate with various internal and external partners to shape the Mobility Network's strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee real estate strategy and growth pipeline
• Lead lease negotiations and property acquisitions
• Manage contracts and network optimization decisions
• Direct Property Managers on compliance and operations
• Ensure performance alignment with Real Estate Partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years in retail real estate, 5 in leadership
• Experience in site acquisitions and disposals
