Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead, train and manage a team of real estate agents; set and track sales targets.
- Oversee property listings (villas, apartments, investment units) across Ajman and maintain accurate up‑to‑date portal presence.
- Manage the client journey including inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and closings.
- Coordinate contracts, MOUs, and documentation in line with UAE real estate regulations.
- Drive marketing and business development initiatives to grow the client pipeline.
- Handle budgeting, commission tracking, and performance reporting.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and uphold high service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in UAE real estate sales/brokerage management (Ajman/Sharjah/Dubai preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Ajman property market.
- Familiarity with UAE tenancy law and transaction documentation.
