Join the EllisDon Developments team as a Real Estate Associate, where you will enhance financial models for residential investments in a hybrid setting. Focus on property transactions across Canada and the U.S.
As an Associate in the Investments & Finance Team at EllisDon, you will leverage your 2–4 years of experience in real estate development and financial modeling. Your role includes producing underwriting analyses, conducting market research, and supporting debt and equity financing activities. You'll also engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate productive partnerships and project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain financial models for residential projects
• Conduct detailed underwriting analyses for land acquisition
