Voigt Real Estate is a boutique, family-run agency based on the Golden Mile in Marbella, specializing in premium properties and international clients. Our founders bring over 20 years of real estate experience and more than €100M in completed transactions. We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Advisor to join our team and grow with us across sales and rentals in Marbella and the surrounding areas. This role is for someone who already knows how to work with serious clients, manage inquiries, arrange viewings and drive deals from first contact to completion. You will not be building your pipeline from zero — we provide qualified leads and work with an active network of partner agencies across the Costa del Sol. We are looking for someone proactive and sales-driven, who can work independently, follow up consistently and represent the brand professionally in front of international clients.
