Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist lead M&A advisory roles for buy‑side and sell‑side mandates of infrastructure assets involving valuation, marketing and deal execution.
- Participate in complex project developments, financings, and transactions in energy, infrastructure and mining sectors.
- Develop financial models, conduct data analysis, and prepare visual representations of data.
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial/commercial analysis of projects and companies.
- Participate in large‑scale procurements of infrastructure projects.
- Take assignments involving post‑transaction monitoring and project tracking.
- Write reports, procurement documents, and information memorandums.
- Undertake market research and benchmarking exercises as directed.
- Assist in developing business development opportunities for the real assets practice, including preparation of pitch decks, marketing materials, and proposals.
