About the Role
Ready Mix Drivers are responsible for the primary day‑to‑day delivery of Ready Mix Concrete to job sites, homeowners, and industry clients.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Maintain equipment by performing daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and keeping it clean inside and out.
- Build and maintain relationships of trust with customers in assigned geography.
- Own the satisfaction of these customers at all times.
- Deliver consistent and reliable customer service through every delivery.
- Provide a positive, hassle‑free delivery experience for Amrize’s customers.
- Maintain strong working relationships with Logistics, Operations teams, and fellow operators.
- Complete the Amrize Ready Mix Training Program.
