Job Description
Contribute your expertise as an R&D Technologist with a focus on technical services and private label products. This hands-on role involves lab testing and product commercialization.
In this position, you'll collaborate in a dynamic R&D environment, applying your analytical skills to enhance product quality and processes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations and QA, to ensure consistent outcomes while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support development and optimization of food products
• Conduct lab testing and prepare samples accurately
• Evaluate ingredient functionality for product improvements
• Troubleshoot issues using data analysis and experimentation
• Document tests, trials, and observations thoroughly
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years in food manufacturing or product development
• Understanding of food manufacturing processes
