Workshop Technician

Location: Edenbridge/Redhill, UK

Provide essential technical support, maintenance, and operational readiness for workshop facilities, equipment, and tools, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for users.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks, repairs, and preventative maintenance (PPM) on machinery and tools; arrange for external repairs when needed.
• Technical Support: Assist and advise users on equipment use, design principles, material selection, and safe practices, offering one-on-one or group guidance.
• Workshop Operations: Prepare and set up equipment for tests, manage tool maintenance systems, maintain cleanliness, and ensure high standards of workshop practice.
• Health & Safety: Enforce safety rules, report hazards, maintain risk assessments, and ensure compliance.
