This position is responsible for making and testing formulations being developed in the R&D Laboratory. The position requires attention to details, and must be able to work with minimal supervision. This position will work in the development of novel technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executes experiments and analyses data.
• Performs audits on equipment as needed.
• Documents all formulation processes in a lab notebook.
• Makes adjustments to formulas as quality checks indicate.
• Records results, performs calculations and prepares simple technical reports, including conclusions and recommendations.
• Independently performs basic tasks as outlined by supervisor or others.
• Follows instructions and checklists to set‑up equipment and apparatus and mix chemical solutions for use in tests.
• Assists with more complex operations or tasks.
