Summary of the Role
As an R&D Team Leader – Fire Protection, you will work closely with the R&D Manager to manage and further develop the Fire Protection product portfolio. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the technical capabilities of the chemist team, ensuring continuous competence growth. In addition, the role involves strong cross‑functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and regular interaction with customers to support business and product development objectives. This position is based in Dubai, UAE, and reports to the Regional R&D Manager – Protective & Flooring.
Responsibilities- Manage and deliver larger projects, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and timely execution within agreed budgets.
