JOB PURPOSE
This role is an amazing opportunity to become an integral member of our Process Development Team, who function within the wider Format Design Team, to create, design and develop superior products and experiences across formats such as roll‑ons, aerosols and sticks and across our much‑loved brands. We are looking for an individual with a passion for processing, experimentation, problem solving and teamwork. This is a role where you will be encouraged to dive into designing and executing your own experiments, analysing data and developing process and scale‑up learnings to design recipes that will enable our supply chain to make the high‑quality products our consumers deserve.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete a program of pilot plant experiments under management direction for a given project.
