Job Purpose:
To manage Berurim Nursery, improving seedlings quality and systemized Nursery way of working. Coordinate OPS unit projects through multiple interfaces and professionals. To verify processes and investments are align with legal requirements. Leading OPS Safety and quality roadmap. Leading purchasing processes and seasonals recruitments processes. Support planning and process improvement.

Professional Responsibilities:
