Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced R&D professional to lead new product development initiatives across our soap and personal care portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of formulation science, client requirements, and manufacturing feasibility and is critical to the organization's ability to win and retain contract manufacturing mandates.
Important: Only candidates with hands-on experience in soap manufacturing or contract soap R&D will be considered. Applications from personal care generalists without specific soap formulation experience will not be progressed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end new product development from brief to commercial launch across soap categories (toilet soaps, medicated soaps, baby soaps, shampoo bars, syndet bars, and handmade soaps).
Develop and optimize formulations based on client specifications, market trends, and raw material availability.
