- Leading assigned projects (cost saving, derisking, sustainability, mix formulation, etc.)
- Guide and define/improve USP and know-how on Ice Cream mixes, in coordination with interested functions (e.G., Ice Cream R&D team) and other technological innovation teams
- Collaborate with internal Matter experts (DTS, procurement, open innovation ...) to develop/tune for purpose raw materials and semi-finished products (new or already part of the Company portfolio), to improve organoleptic properties, product structure, and identify opportunities to optim...
