Responsibilities:

• Team and Organization Management: Comprehensively coordinate R&D teams in Singapore and Malaysia responsible for manpower allocation, budget control, performance appraisal, and talent pipeline development clarify R&D responsibilities between the two locations and establish an efficient cross-regional collaboration mechanism.
