Job Description
Drive process innovation as an R&D Chemist focusing on full development of laboratory routes for target molecules. This role emphasizes evaluation, experimentation, and optimization for better yields and product quality.
We are seeking a detail-oriented R&D Chemist experienced in process development for active pharmaceutical ingredients or small organic molecules. You will assess and enhance small-scale syntheses, design experiments to uncover efficiencies, and investigate novel solid forms. You'll also address root causes of experimental failures and provide clear reporting to management and collaborators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate small scale routes to optimize yield and quality
• Design experiments for process improvements and boundaries
• Investigate novel solid forms and properties of molecules
• Troubleshoot issues in developmental and demonstration batches
• Produce high-quality technical documentation for results
