R&D and QC Associate

Location: Agrisan, Arthur, ON

Reports to: Senior Managing Director, Agrisan

Purpose of Role

Reporting to the Senior Managing Director, the R&D and QC Associate play a vital role in driving innovation and efficiency within our technical operations. This role is key to supporting technical sales, optimizing production processes, leading new product development initiatives, and assisting with quality control (QC) investigations. While the position has no direct reports, it involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. In partnership with both internal and external stakeholders, the R&D and QC Associate will uphold Agrisan’s GMP compliance standards while delivering operational excellence, efficiency, and safety.
