About the Role
As a Control and Oversight Lead, you will report to the Head of R&C Control & Oversight and operate at the heart of governance, controls, and delivery. This is a first-line role that demands a sharp control mindset paired with genuine business pragmatism. You won't just be checking boxes — you'll be proactively identifying control weaknesses, designing and executing risk-based testing, structuring complex problem statements, and driving tangible, sustainable improvements across operational processes.
